End of Year Party
On August 4th we are going to have a party to celebrate the beginning of GUSL!
Everyone should come enjoy the festivities. Bring your families and friends who are curious about this crazy sport that you play. We’ll provide the “meat” (burgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs), buns, and condiments. All you have to do is bring your smiling faces, your friends or family, and any drinks or snacks to share with others.
We will start grilling at 6:30–the same time as the pickup game. Everyone should bring a light and a dark shirt to help differentiate teams. Feel free to bring other yard games, like cornhole, bocci, etc.
At 7:20 we will start the fantasy Ultimate draft–if you don’t know what fantasy is, we’ll teach you.
Then at 7:30 the finals will start. Immediately following the finals, we will have a quick awards ceremony.
